If you're experiencing issues with tracking, try these steps:
No points recording: Make sure Location Services are enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Poreia. Choose "Always" for background tracking.
Tracking stops in background: Grant "Always" location permission. Without it, tracking pauses when you leave the app.
Points seem sparse: Check if Low Power Mode is on—it reduces GPS updates to ~100m intervals. Also check your Accuracy Filter setting in Settings → Poreia → Tracking.
Debug logging: Enable debug logging in Settings → Poreia → Debug to capture detailed app events. Share the log file when contacting support.
